1. Delivery Options

2. Order Cut-off Time for Next Day Delivery
For next-day delivery within the UK, orders must be placed by 4:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
All orders are tracked. For orders over £500, insurance is included to provide additional security during transit.
4. Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, once your item is handed over to our courier service, DPD, delivery times may be subject to their schedules and unforeseen delays beyond our control.
5. Lost or Damaged Items
If your item is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace it as soon as possible. If the item is in stock, it will be dispatched on the same or next working day once we are informed. If the item is not in stock, we will make every effort to source a replacement. If sourcing a replacement is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.
6. Customs Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes applicable to orders shipped outside of the UK.
7. Signature Requirement
All parcels are sent via tracked delivery and will require a signature upon receipt.
8. Special Delivery Requests
If you need your delivery to be made under special circumstances, such as at a specific time, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.
