Terms & Conditions for Returns and Refunds

1. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You must provide your order reference number or customer details to assist us in locating your order.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
• All refunds issued will be minus your initial delivery costs. 
• We recommend using a recorded delivery service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Alternatively, you can arrange for us to collect the product at your own expense.
• Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

5. Damages and Issues

6. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Belts that have been cut to size or customised products.
• Sale items.

7. Exchanges

For the fastest service, please return the unwanted item. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and the exchanged product being shipped back to you. 

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, order number, or customer details must be provided.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
